It is here where we try to answer the most frequently asked questions. If you have a question that you are unable to find below, please feel free to contact us and we’ll respond as soon as possible.


How are your products printed?

All products offered by Your-Business-Cards.com are printed using the CMYK process with full bleed. This is an industry standard process. Each product’s result is a) high quality and b) reasonably priced.



4/0, 4/1, and 4/4?

These three combinations can be found throughout our website. They mean the following:

  • 4/0 means that the front of the product (4) will be in full color and the back of the product (0) will have no color.
  • 4/1 means that the front of the product will have full color printing and the back of the product (1) will have black printing.
  • 4/4 means that both sides of the product will have full color printing.


What type of coating is used on your products?

Your-Business-Cards.com offers free UV coating on all of our products, including business cards, postcards, and more. This enables your product(s) to have a glossy display and feel.



What does “full bleed” mean?

All products on Your-Business-Cards.com are printed in full bleed. This means that ink covers the entire area of the product(s) you order.



What types of paper are your products printed on?

All of our products are printed on 12pt card stock. However, our brochures, flyers, and posters are printed on your choice of 80 lb. or 100 lb. Gloss text.



What forms of payment are accepted by Your-Business-Cards.com?

We accept all credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). We do not accept money orders, checks, or cashier’s checks.



How are my items shipped?

We ship all products using FedEx Ground Shipping within the United States. A rush delivery option is available upon request. For orders processed outside the United States, there is an additional fee. Your-Business-Cards.com does not ship internationally.



Do you have a refund policy?

We will reprint your products at no additional charge if an error has occurred during the printing process. However, we cannot be held responsible for human errors such as spelling, grammatical, or inaccurate information that is printed upon your products. It is your responsibility to double-check your work before submitting it to us.



What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time, from the point of purchase to delivery, is about 9-11 days.
